QPR boss Harry Redknapp expects Wigan to be very dangerous when their Championship play-off semi-final is decided at Loftus Road on Monday.
Rangers appear to have the advantage after holding the Latics to a goalless draw in the first leg at the DW Stadium on Friday night.
Wigan have won only once on six previous visits to Loftus Road and lost 1-0 to a Yossi Benayoun goal in the league clash in March.
Redknapp said: " We've got a home tie but they're a dangerous team.
"They came down to Loftus Road the other week and played very well. It was a really tight game, we sneaked home 1-0, but there was nothing in it, they were good. I'm sure Monday will be just the same."
Wigan boss Uwe Rosler was keen to pile the pressure on Rangers after watching his side fail to take advantage of the better of very few opportunities.
Jordi Gomez volleyed straight at Robert Green late in the first half but it was Marc-Antoine Fortune who had the best chance in the 62nd minute, blasting over an open goal.
Rosler said: "The pressure's on QPR now.
"We knew it would be a tight game. We're not scoring too many goals at the moment. The positive thing is we got a clean sheet, we controlled the game.
"At times I felt we could have been a little braver in terms of filling the box with more people, having the wing-backs a little bit higher up.
"We had two or three big chances and in games like that, when you play against top teams, there will be not many chances and you have to take them.
"They came here to get a draw and they got that. I still count our chances as 50-50."
Redknapp was keen to stress what an offensive team he had picked, including the likes of Ravel Morrison, Charlie Austin and Junior Hoilett.
He said: "I didn't pick a defensive-minded team, I picked a very open team
"When I picked the team three or four days ago I don't think I had a lot of supporters on my staff. I think they all felt we should be a little bit more defensive minded.
"But having said that there were very few chances in the game. I thought we could come here and hit them on the counter-attack with a bit of pace and ability.
"It was an even game, there was nothing in it really."
One thing the game was not short of was tough tackling, and Clint Hill appeared lucky to get away with an early elbow on Rob Kiernan that was missed by almost everybody in the ground.
Rosler said: "I have not seen it but I got told the player admitted he caught our player."
