Harford: We need a win

18 February 2010 13:32
QPR boss Mick Harford knows the pressure is on as he attempts to arrest the club's slide down the table. Rangers have taken just one point from a possible 18 since Harford took over from Paul Hart, but despite the ongoing uncertainty at Loftus Road he will be in charge for Saturday's visit of Doncaster. Rangers continue to be linked with Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock, whose own position is also under scrutiny, but rumours persist that Hoops co-owner Flavio Briatore is ready to sell his stake in the club which would make any imminent managerial change unlikely. Harford is therefore preparing for Saturday's clash as normal with Rangers floundering in 19th place and looking for a first win in 2010. "I hope we can achieve it against a Doncaster team who will be hard to beat," he said. "We all know we are in a results-based industry so we must get back to winning ways as soon as possible."
