Harford: Leigertwood dismissal was key

QPR boss Mick Harford believes the sending off of Mikele Leigertwood proved crucial in their 1-0 defeat at Peterborough. Aaron Mclean's early goal put Posh in front, but the real key moment came after 61 minutes when captain Leigertwood was dismissed for a challenge on Tommy Rowe. Rs defender Peter Ramage was also given his marching orders later in the second half to leave Harford frustrated. Harford, who refused to speak to the media after the game, told the club's official website: "It all hinged on the sending off and from where I was standing it looked very harsh. "You can tell that from the reaction of the opposition players and the crowd. "Mikele is an honest player and that was a disappointing and key part of the game."
