The experienced coach followed new Rangers boss Jim Magilton from Ipswich earlier this summer and told the club's official website that he expect teams to fear their home ground next term. He said: "We really want to make this our little fortress. It is a good ground and we can make hard to win here. "If we do that and have good form the way we play football should mean we do well away and so we should have a good season." QPR start their campaign at home to former manager Ian Holloway's Blackpool on 8th August.
