Gallen was appointed as joint-caretaker manager along with Marc Bircham on Wednesday after Jim Magilton was suspended pending an investigation into an alleged incident in Monday night's defeat at Watford.[LNB]He is fully aware of how difficult Monday's game will be but feels that discipline and focus could give his men something to celebrate.[LNB]"It has been a bit hectic," he told his club's official website. [LNB]"Since I got the news on Wednesday I've just been concentrating on getting the boys ready for the game on Monday and just preparing the team the best way I can to get a result up there.[LNB]"Discipline is a word that springs to mind. Obviously we've been disappointed with the last couple of results, we've let in a few goals and it's something we have to address and address quickly.[LNB]"If you go up to West Brom and try and match them then your asking for trouble. [LNB]"We've got to have a controlled, disciplined performance and do basically everything we can to get a result."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
