QPR midfielder Alejandro Faurlin is keeping his feet on the ground despite their fine start to the season. Rangers are setting the early pace alongside Millwall at the top of the Championship table after thumping seven goals without reply against Barnsley and Sheffield United. Faurlin, who was Rangers' player of the year last term, said: "We need to keep going with this good attitude and mentality." The Hoops will be expected to make it three wins from thhree when Scunthorpe arrive at Loftus Road on Saturday, but Faurlin is not taking Nigel Adkins' side lightly. "They are a strong team and they will be aggressive so we need to be ready," added the Argentinian. "We must win our games at home, that is very important."
