Faurlin has hunger - Magilton
Magilton made his first signing as Rangers boss on Tuesday when 22-year-old midfielder Faurlin arrived in a £3.5million deal from Argentine side Instituto.
Magilton signed another Argentinian in Luciano Civelli when he was at Ipswich and saw the same desire to succeed in Faurlin when he first trained with Rangers.
"We knew about his quality and ability, but his attitude over the last few days has been great too," said the Irishman.
"I've signed an Argentinian before and the attitude and hunger is apparent with Alejandro, as it was with Civelli.
"It's all happened pretty quickly but we are delighted to have him here. He'll bring extra quality to the squad, there's no doubt about that."
