Derry: Threat of deduction will not distract us
Shaun Derry insists QPR are more determined than ever to win promotion as the club faces the threat of a points deduction.
Rangers are currently seven points clear at the top of the npower Championship but could face sanctions from the Football Association over the signing of Alejandro Faurlin.
But Derry believes the saga has created a siege mentality among the squad.
"Things like that create togetherness," he told the London Evening Standard.
"We're obviously all aware of the situation but all we can do is influence what happens on the pitch. None of the players get involved in what's happening - we've got to continue trying to be a credit to the club."
