Derry back for QPR

Shaun Derry returns to the QPR side for the top-of-the-table clash with Cardiff. Combative midfielder Derry missed last weekend's win over Preston through suspension after collecting five yellow cards this term.

Bradley Orr is also available after a three-match ban but is likely to be on the bench with Tottenham loanee Kyle Walker performing well at right-back. Striker Heidar Helguson is fit after a neck injury but Rob Hulse should get the nod up front after opening his goalscoring account for Rangers on Saturday.

Tommy Smith could be added to the squad after missing out last week but Georgios Tofas (hamstring), Akos Buzsaky, Peter Ramage and Lee Cook (all knee) are still missing. Mikele Leigertwood, Rowan Vine and Josh Parker all left Loftus Road on loan this week.
