Cook sets sights on starting spot

Cook came on as a 75th-minute substitute against the Iron after missing the first half of the campaign following a summer knee operation.[LNB]The 27-year-old now hopes he did enough to secure a starting berth against Peterborough this weekend.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "I felt fit, sharp and comfortable on the ball.[LNB]"I'm keen to start matches as soon as possible, but ultimately that decision rests with Mick (Harford) and the medical department.[LNB]"However, I feel as though I'm ready, so we'll just have to wait and see."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
