Connolly worry for Boro clash

QPR defender Matt Connolly is facing a race against time to be fit for Saturday's clash against Middlesbrough. The 22-year-old picked up an ankle injury during last weekend's clash with Doncaster but Rangers' head physio Paul Hunter believes it is possible he will be fit for the weekend. He told the club's official website: "As Matt went to block a shot, the ball hit his leg causing him to roll his ankle. "He came off and didn't look too bad, he's undergoing treatment now and we'll see how it goes over the next few days. "The bruising is coming out quite nicely now so we're hopeful he'll be ready for the weekend."
