Connolly concentrating on performances

QPR defender Matt Connolly has urged his team-mates to put the off-field turmoil at the club behind them and concentrate on kick-starting their play-off push. Rangers are already on their fourth manager of the season after Paul Hart's walk-out last week, with Mick Harford now in caretaker charge. But they remain in the hunt for promotion, not least after Connolly's superb late strike earned a 2-2 draw a Blackpool on Saturday. "I know a lot of stuff has happened but if we let it affect us we won't be up there at the end of the season," he said. "We are only four points off the play-offs and it is important for us to kick on now."
