Connolly backing for Ainsworth
Ainsworth took the role of caretaker manager for the second time following the sacking of Paulo Sousa last month but managed just one victory from his five-game stint at the helm.[LNB]But Connolly admits the team spirit will remain high whoever takes charge at Loftus Road.[LNB]He told the Kilburn Times: "Whoever they appoint will inherit a very good group of players, young and old - we've got a great team spirit.[LNB]"If Gaz [Ainsworth] gets the job all the players will be very happy.[LNB]"If he doesn't we'll make whoever comes in very welcome and get on with the job next season."[LNB][LNB]
