Buzsaky welcomes Magilton arrival
Ex-Ipswich boss Magilton arrived at Loftus Road last week to replace Paulo Sousa, who departed the west London club back in April.
"I was really happy to hear it because for a few weeks we didn't have a manager which is not good for the club or the players," said Hungary star Buzsaky.
"When he was at Ipswich, I played against them and Ipswich always played good football, so I'm sure we will do the same at QPR.
"But you have to find the balance between playing football and winning games. You also have to be solid and fight for each other."
