Buzsaky misses Vale tie

QPR will be without Akos Buzsaky for the Carling Cup visit of Port Vale. The Hungary midfielder was due to link up with his national squad for the friendly against England but a thigh strain suffered in training on Friday will keep him out for up to 10 days. Defender Peter Ramage serves the final game of his two-match ban carried over from last season so the back four should be unchanged from Saturday's 4-0 win over Barnsley. Boss Neil Warnock may make changes further up the pitch, though, with youngsters Josh Parker and Antonio German pushing to be involved. New striker Leon Clarke is not yet match fit but may get a run-out from the bench. Midfielders Martin Rowlands and Lee Cook (both knee) remain long-term injury absentees.
