Business as usual for R's boss Sousa

The former Portugal midfielder, who only took over at Loftus Road in November after Iain Dowie was axed, is under pressure having won just seven of his 26 games in charge. Sousa revealed at the weekend that top scorer Dexter Blackstock had been loaned out to Nottingham Forest without his say-so, while assistant-manager Bruno Oliviera was dismissed on Monday to add to the unrest at the club. But the 38-year-old still put his players through their paces at the club's Harlington training ground ahead of Saturday's trip to Burnley. If Sousa is axed, Rangers will be looking for their seventh manager in 18 months since Flavio Briatore became chairman.
