Skipper Rowlands has been ruled out for the season with a cruciate injury and Mahon, who has worn the armband in his midfield partner's absence, is now out for four months with a shoulder problem.[LNB]But Magilton is conscious not to highlight the injuries to his key players as he feels he has players ready to take their chances.[LNB]"As much as they are two of our most influential players it can be a bit derogatory to other players who are desperately keen to play," he said.[LNB]"While we are sad at losing two key players I think it's important for the balance and harmony of the squad that everybody believes they have an opportunity to play and that has borne fruit in our recent performances."[LNB][LNB]
