Jed Harper-Penman is a young winger who was a first-year scholar with Plymouth Argyle in 2010-11.

He spent much of the campaign developing in the club’s youth team, but stepped up to make his first-team debut when he came off the bench in the League One fixture at Leyton Orient in April, and he also featured as a substitute in the following game against Walsall.
