Titus Bramble Biography

Titus Bramble is a commanding central defender with Sunderland who first shot to prominence while in his teens as part of the Ipswich side that qualified for the UEFA Cup in the early 2000s.

Titus moved to Newcastle United in the summer of 2002 and gained Champions' League experience during his stay at St James’ Park before joining Wigan Athletic in June 2007.

He won the Latics’ Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year awards for the 2008-09 season then moved on to Sunderland in July 2010.

Titus quickly established himself as a key player for the Black Cats and was in impressive form in the opening half of the 2010-11 campaign, but was then hampered by injuries.
