Stuart Parnaby

Stuart Parnaby is a versatile defender who joined Birmingham City during the 2007 close season. A product of Middlesborough’s youth set-up, Stuart spent the formative years of his career on Teesside before moving south to sign for the Blues. Although not always able to win a regular place in the line-up in his preferred role at right back, Stuart proved to be a valuable addition to the squad at St Andrew’s and he also filled-in in midfield positions when necessary. Injury problems restricted his availability for much of 2009-10 while he was unable to force his way into the line-up the following season and was released in the summer of 2011.
