Steven Nzonzi is a tall central midfield player who signed for Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2009. Steven is a box-to-box player who can also play in a defensive holding role if required; he is strong in the air and has good distribution. He produced a fine performance for Rovers on his debut against Manchester City on the opening day of the 2009-10 season and went on to enjoy a superb campaign finishing up as the club?s Player of the Year.
