Steve Lovell is an experienced striker who rejoined Bournemouth in June 2010. He had a difficult time with injuries during 2010-11 and it was not until April that he finally made a first-team appearance. 

He then featured regularly in the closing weeks of the campaign, netting two goals in the play-off semi-final against Huddersfield Town. 

Steve began his career with the Cherries back in the late 1990s, then played for Portsmouth before a lengthy spell in Scotland where he turned out for a number of clubs, spending the 2009-10 campaign with Partick Thistle.
