Shaun Williams is a midfield player who joined MK Dons as a free agent in March 2011. Shaun began his career in Ireland with Drogheda, and went on to play for Sporting Fingal, where he was a member of the team that defeated Sligo Rovers in the 2009 FAI Cup final. Shaun won international recognition with the Republic of Ireland U23s and in 2010 he was selected as the PFAI Young Player of the Year. In February 2011 the club went out of business and after a trial with Burnley Shaun signed for the Dons.
