Rory Loy is a forward who joined Carlisle United in January 2011 from Rangers. Already a Scotland U21 international, he has also enjoyed loan spells with St Mirren and Dunfermline as well as making a number of first-team appearances for the Gers.

Making his United debut in early February, he featured in most of the Cumbrians' fixtures in the remainder of the campaign. He scored his first goal for Carlisle at Charlton in a 3-1 victory, their first-ever success at the Valley.
