Ronald Zubar is a versatile defender who joined Wolverhampton Wanderers in July 2009. Although signed as a centre back, he has mostly appeared in the right-back position during his time at Molineux. He is a strong defender who is effective in the tackle and capable of marking an opponent. Ronald took time to settle into life in the Premier League and it was not until January 2010 that he established himself in the line-up. He remained in the side until the end of that season but had to fight for his place again in 2010-11 and although he enjoyed another good run in the line-up his season ended early due to a back injury. Prior to joining Wolves Ronald had spent his entire career in France, firstly with Caen and then at Olympique Marseille. He has been capped for France at U21 level.
