Reece Connolly

Reece Connolly was a first-year professional with Aldershot Town in 2010-11. He made good progress after joining the club as a trainee and finished as top scorer for both the youth and reserve teams in 2008-09. Reece, who plays as an out-and-out striker, was included in the first-team squad on the substitutes' bench on three occasions towards the end of his first year as a scholar. He went on to make his Football League debut in August 2009 and added to his senior experience with a loan spell at Salisbury City, helping the club reach the last four of the FA Trophy. Reece was included on the first-team bench for a couple of games at the start of 2010-11 and then spent time on loan with Didcot Town and Dorchester Town to continue his football education. He also added further appearances as a substitute for the Shots during the campaign.
