Nathan Clarke is a central defender who has completed 250 League appearances for Huddersfield Town. Nathan graduated from the Terriers' youth team to sign professional forms in 2001 and went on to become a mainstay of the team. He is a strong tackler with an effective long throw. Nathan missed the opening weeks of 2010-11 through injury and it was not until the end of September that he returned to action. However, he was unable to break into the side and in January he joined Oxford United on loan for the second half of the season, featuring regularly for the U?s. Nathan is the elder brother of Tom who is also in Town's first-team squad.
