Central defender Nathan Cameron is a product of the Coventry City youth set-up but it was a surprise when he got a place in the starting line-up for the opening game of the 2010-11 season against Portsmouth. A strapping, physical defender, Nathan made great strides with three separate spells in the first team, deputising for Ben Turner after the latter's injury, and few Championship strikers got the better of him. He has signed a new contract in the summer of 2011 and is highly rated within the club. During the season he won his first cap for the England U20 side.
