Michael Townsend Biography
Michael Townsend is a central defender who
plays for League Two club Hereford United.
Michael is a tall, strong player who
is good in the air and has been a regular in the starting line-up since signing
for the Bulls in the summer of 2010.
He started his career at Wolverhampton
Wanderers but left Molineux without breaking into the first-team squad.
Michael
signed for Cheltenham Town and after making his senior debut in August 2005
went on to make over 100 League appearances for the Robins before moving on.
He
only missed a handful of games for Hereford during 2010-11.
