Player Details
Michael Thomas spent two years as a scholar with Macclesfield Town before signing his first professional contract in the summer of 2010. Michael has appeared regularly for the club's youth team and reserve teams before he stepped up to make his League debut in September 2009. Michael, who is used either in the centre of midfield or at centre back, made a handful of further appearances from the bench in 2009-10 before he was loaned to Welsh Premier League club Rhyl to continue his football education. He was again on the bench during 2010-11 before he went on loan to Mossley in November 2010.
