Matthew Lockwood Biography
Matt Lockwood is an experienced left back who found himself out of favour at Colchester United during 2009-10.
He made just a single League One appearance for the U's after a loan spell at Dagenham & Redbridge and spent the second half of the season loaned to Barnet. Matt left Colchester in the summer of 2010 and moved north to sign for Dundee.
He appeared regularly throughout 2010-11 and his performances earned him a place in the Scottish PFA Division One team of the season.
Matt is has completed over 400 senior appearances after making his Football League debut for Bristol Rovers.
