Winger Luis Boa Morte signed for West Ham United from Fulham in January 2007. Luis is an experienced player who has been used on both flanks and also in midfield role.

After struggling with injury problems in 2009-10 he was back in the team making regular appearances in 2010-11 and he completed his 100^th senior appearance for the Hammers during the season.

Luis is now very much a veteran having started his career at Arsenal. He subsequently played for Southampton and Fulham before joining the Hammers in 2007. Luis has been capped by Portugal on 28 occasions having made his international debut in 2001.

He left West Ham in the summer of 2011 and joined the Greek Super League club Larissa.
