Liam Palmer Biography
Liam Palmer is a midfielder with excellent passing skills who plays for League One club Sheffield Wednesday.
His progress at academy level was rewarded with a professional contract in the summer of 2010 and several impressive displays in pre-season games elevated the teenager into the first-team squad.
He made his senior debut in the Carling Cup tie against Bury and ended the season with 11 first-team appearances to his name, along with caps at U19 and U21 level for Scotland. His form was such that Wednesday extended his contract in January 2011.
