Leon Legge is a central defender who signed for Brentford from Isthmian League club Tonbridge Angels in the summer of 2009 following a successful trial. Leon is a tall, powerful player who is strong in the air and poses a threat to opposing defences at set pieces. He began the 2009-10 season in the reserves at Griffin Park but soon established himself in the first team and at the end of the campaign won the Bees' Player of the Year award. Leon continued to feature regularly in the team during 2010-11 producing some solid performances.
