Player Details

Leon Johnson is a central defender who signed for Wycombe Wanderers in July 2007.&nbsp; Leon began his career as a trainee with Southend United, later spending five years with Gillingham before joining the Chairboys. He quickly established himself as first-choice centre back at Adams Park and was voted the fans? Player of the Season in 2007-08.&nbsp; He also played an important role in the club?s promotion from League Two the following season.&nbsp; Strong in the air and effective on the ground, Leon was hampered by injuries during the 2009-10 campaign but was a regular in the squad during the second half of 2010-11 as Wycombe once again gained promotion from League Two.&nbsp; Leon was selected for the Grenada squad for the CONCACAF Gold Cup in the summer of 2011.
