Leon Barnett is defender who joined Norwich City on loan from West Bromwich Albion in August 2010 with the move becoming permanent in the January 2011 transfer window. Leon featured regularly for the Canaries forming a strong partnership with Elliott Ward at centre back until a hamstring injury in February ruled him out for the remainder of the season. Leon is a graduate of the Luton Town Academy and later had a spell as a professional with the Hatters before his move to the Hawthorns. Although mainly a centre back he has appeared across the back four and as a striker during his career. © 2011 - PFA Player Profiles
