Lee Novak is a striker who built up a reputation as a prolific scorer in non-league football before signing for Huddersfield Town in January 2009. He was immediately loaned back to his old club Gateshead and did not make his debut for the Terriers until he came on as a substitute on the opening day of 2009-10. Lee is a tall and powerful player who quickly settled into the team and finished his first senior campaign with a double figure total of goals.
