Lee Mansell established himself as a regular in the Torquay United line-up after arriving from Oxford. Although mainly a midfielder he has also been used at right back during his time with the Gulls. Lee is an energetic player who has the ability to push forward down the flank as well as defend. He is now in his fifth season at Plainmoor and in his role as team captain he has proved a leader on the pitch. Lee was a near ever-present during 2010-11 and has now completed over 200 appearances for Torquay. Lee began his career at Luton Town where he made his debut as a teenager.
