Player Details

Jon McLaughlin is a young goalkeeper who began 2010-11 as first-choice goalkeeper with League Two club Bradford City only to lose his place in the team following the arrival of Lenny Pidgeley in October. Jon then found himself on the substitutes' bench for a time but went on to make further appearances in the starting line-up before the end of the season. Jon joined the Bantams in June 2008 from Harrogate Town and after biding his time on the first-team bench he was given his Football League debut at Chesterfield in May 2009. He kept a clean sheet and went on to add to his senior experience with a number of appearances in the second half of 2009-10.
