John Marquis is a powerfully built young striker with Championship side Millwall who is still learning his trade at The Den. He made his Football League debut for the Lions at the age of 17 when he was introduced as a second half substitute at Bristol Rovers in September 2009. John made his first start of the 2010-11 season in the home game against Norwich City in November and it was his last-gasp goal that gave Millwall a 1-1 draw. Thereafter, John's involvement was minimal until the last five games of the season. After scoring against Preston he followed this with a brace in the 2-1 victory at Scunthorpe on Easter Monday.
