Joe Partington signed his first professional contract for Bournemouth in the summer of 2008. Joe was previously a trainee at the club making his senior debut at Luton Town in February 2008. He is a good tackler and a leader who has continued to add to his first-team experience. He spent time on loan at Eastbourne Borough in the first half of the 2010-11 season and on his return to Dean Court lined up at centre back against Hartlepool, although he only made one further start during the season. Joe, who has been capped by Wales at U21 level, is best known as a central midfielder.
