Jim Paterson

Jim Paterson is an experienced left-footed player who signed for Plymouth Argyle in January 2008. He featured regularly for the Pilgrims in the early part of the 2009-10 season, being used in a central midfield role as well as his more traditional position at left back, then spent time on loan to SPL club Aberdeen. Jim was in and out of the Argyle line-up in 2010-11 in what was a difficult season for the club and he was one of several players released in the summer. Prior to joining Argyle he made over 200 appearances in Scotland for Dundee United and Motherwell. Jim holds the UEFA ‘B’ coaching qualification and is currently studying for his ‘A’ licence.
