Jamie Paterson is a young striker who is currently on the books of Walsall. Jamie played for both Coventry City and Manchester United as a youngster before joining Walsall's Centre of Excellence. Jamie signed his first professional contract in May 2010 and made his first-team debut as a substitute in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy fixture against Chesterfield in August. He went on to make his first start against Colchester in the following match and added several further appearances during the campaign, mostly from the bench.
So yesterday ended another season for England's top flight.
