James McQuilkin is a midfield player who joined Hereford United in the summer of 2009. James, who plays on the right or in the centre of midfield, began his career as a trainee at West Bromwich Albion and after his release by the Baggies spent a season playing for FC Tescoma Zlin in the Czech Republic. He made his senior debut for Hereford soon after signing and went on to feature in the first team in both 2009-10 and 2010-11. James has been capped by Northern Ireland at U21 level.
