Jack Cudworth Biography

Jack Cudworth is a young goalkeeper who has been the regular back-up ‘keeper for Macclesfield Town since signing for the Silkmen in the summer of 2010. Jack began his career at Preston North End developing in the club's age group teams and then going on to spend two years as a trainee with the club. Jack appeared for North End's reserve team but did not make it into the senior team and was released in the summer of 2009. He began 2009-10 season at Welshpool and later moved to their Welsh Premier League rivals Rhyl before getting a second chance in the Football League. He spent the entire 2010-11 campaign on the substitutes' bench and has yet to make his Football League debut for the Silkmen.
