Iain Turner is an experienced goalkeeper who was on the books of Everton in 2010-11.

Iain, who was a regular for Stirling Albion as a teenager, signed for the Toffees after impressing David Moyes during a trial in January 2003. Used mainly in the reserves and as a substitute ‘keeper for the first team, Iain has gained valuable experience during a whole series of loan spells with other clubs.

He was particularly impressive during a spell with Sheffield Wednesday during the 2006-07 season, when the team was unbeaten during his 11 matches in the side. In 2010-11 he spent time at Coventry and Preston, enjoying a good run in the North End line-up and later signing permanent terms in the summer of 2011.

Iain has won representative honours for Scotland at U16, U18 and U21 levels and has also been capped by Scotland B.
