Gary Woods is a young goalkeeper who signed for Doncaster Rovers in March 2009.

Prior to this, Gary was with Manchester United and was capped for England at U16 and U18 levels.

Gary made his debut for Rovers in the final home game of 2008-09, coming off the bench for the final minutes. Ben Smith's departure meant that Gary spent 2010-11 as Neil Sullivan's deputy and when the veteran was injured he made a first start in the 1-0 home win over Burnley in February.

After conceding six in his next home game, against Ipswich, Gary was briefly replaced by Sullivan but he then regained his place until suffering a leg injury in the game at Barnsley. Gary has signed a new contract with Rovers.
