George Miller Biography

Prestonian youngster George Miller made his Preston North End debut in the final game of the 2010-11 Championship campaign. The central midfielder came on as a 79th minute substitute to demonstrate his fine passing ability and bullish work-rate.

George, who has been a lifelong Lilywhites fan, signed a professional deal with the club in January 2010, midway through his second year as a scholar.

George had unprecedented success in Preston's youth team, captaining the side to a league and cup double in the 2009-10 season. This prompted his first call-up to the senior squad when he appeared on the bench as an unused substitute against West Brom in March 2010.
