Gavin Massey

Gavin Massey is a young striker who signed professional terms for Watford in the summer of 2010 having developed through the club’s academy set-up. Gavin featured regularly for the club’s youth and reserve teams in 2009-10 and made his senior debut when he came off the bench in the closing stages of the final match of the season at Coventry. He led the scoring charts for the U18s in 2010-11, also adding further appearances as a substitute for the first team. Gavin is the epitome of Watford's bid to bring through players who live local to the club, for he can literally walk to work, living as he does just a few hundred yards from Vicarage Road Stadium.
