Eunan O'Kane is a young attacking midfield player who signed for Torquay United in January 2010 and was quickly given his Football League debut when he appeared at Chesterfield later the same month. Eunan featured regularly in the Gulls team in the second half of 2009-10 and established himself as a first-team regular in 2010-11 when he was named as Young Player of the Year. He scored some important goals during the campaign, including the winner in the FA Cup third round tie against Carlisle and a goal in the important first leg play-off win over Shrewsbury Town. Eunan started out as a trainee at Everton but was released in the summer of 2009 and spent five months with Irish League club Coleraine before his move to Devon. He has represented Northern Ireland at youth and U21 levels.
